Robert L Allman

Bob Allman is a highly experienced attorney whose career has included litigation in federal, state, and administrative proceedings throughout Colorado and also including federal case disputes in neighboring states. He has represented Fortune 500 companies and individuals. He is highly experienced in issues related to injury litigation and the litigation of civil rights matters. His interests include the protection of legal rights of individuals and entities. He worked on the first Superfund EPA site in Colorado, engaged in Rocky Flats litigation, worked on mining clean-up cases, and participated in the early growth heyday of the technology boom in Colorado. Throughout his involvement with these commercially related endeavors, he has always represented the injured, the oppressed, and those in need of the protections of the law in order to pursue a just remedy. He is a creative problem-solver and a dedicated advocate. In college, at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with distinction, he studied English, philosophy and urban education. In law school, at the University of Denver, he was both a full-time law clerk to a prominent law firm, and a full-time student, with his emphasis on student advocacy programs. As an experienced attorney and seasoned litigator, he looks to the past for lessons learned and to the future to apply a diverse skill set to address client needs and to communicate effectively with the courts and those in the legal system.
